my goals
Long story short:
35yr old guy that's about 15lbs overweight. I'm 215lbs and shooting for 200. I workout 5-6x a week and bike when I can squeeze it in. I've been on atkins for a month and have lost some weight but I think Im gaining some back in muscle. I only care about inches anyhow. I expect to reach my goal weight in the next 60 days (max).
