Hi Gemma, nice to hear from you. Sorry I have not replied quicker but I have just got in fron my business. Just a quick check on the forum and then off again.

In answer to your question I am not 100% certain how much I have lost. For some stupid reason I did not get on the scales until a week in to induction. Since then I have lost about 9 pounds but the scales move a little so I try to leave getting excited until I hit 1/2 or full stones.

I do find it a little hard at times but I have booked a holiday for tenweeks time and want to not scare people on the beach!! Lets see what happens.

Why you not doing so well? What are you finding hard? I will be back on line later tonight and hope to speak to you then.
