It amazes me there aren't more sugar free products on the market. Even without LC the rise of type 2 diabetes and the existance of type 1 would give a large market. You would think resteraunts would be a tad more honest about what dishes contain sugar and how much to save themselves a nasty lawsuit from diabetic consumers.
