Thanks for posting this Oprahghost. I started exercising more intensly last week and have gained nearly 3 pounds even though according to my calculations I have been creating a 'calorie deficit'. Ugh!!! So Frustrating!!! BUT, I do like the leaner and muscle look I am starting to acheive.
