Water, water everywhere.. and nobody's drinking it.

You must drink more water - period. Here's an easy way.. buy a 1 gal jug from your local grocery store. Put it in the fridge overnight to get it nice and cool. The next day, get an 8oz glass and fill it up. Then take a pen and mark the gallon jug's water level. Do this every time u drink some water over the course of the day. By the end of the day, you'll see how much you've consumed.

Make it your goal to drink more water. Keep water with you at all times. In the car. On the way to work and back. At the office. Everywhere. The more exposure you get to water, the more you'll use.

Personally, I work out quite a bit now. This alone has a positive impact on my water intake. I'd guess that I average over 1 gallon a day now. I don't get tired of drinking water as I love the way it refreshes my body. It's like no other drink. Just pure, clean water.

You may try adding a hint of lemon or lime for flavor.
