You know.....
I had the same exact thing happen to me.
Right after my first two weeks of induction I gained 3 pounds.
It really made me doubt myself but the knowledge and support
I received from reading others posts helped reassure me that it
was only temporary. I'm still not sure what caused those naughty
numbers on the scale to rise but I am happy to report they fell off
a week later and have continued to drop AND.....
I eat ONIONS everyday!!!!! Actually a whole onion has about what...
8 grams of carbs?! I put onion in everything and still only eat about
one a week.
Eat your onion and enjoy!!

Also, maybe when you become more confident you will be able to resist
the scale more often. If you truly believe that low carbing is working
for you then you can start to trust that your weight is headed in the
right direction, regardless of the numbers on the scale. I do weigh
myself atleast once a week. Usually just for the thrill of seeing a lower
number. I would definitely try to heed the advice of the wise seniors
on this board and slowly try to wean yourself from the clutches of
"THE SCALE"!!!

Good Luck & Happy Losing!
