Trying to take my own advice...
I'm trying to hide my scale, and weigh in NO more than once a week, same time of day, then put the scale back on a high shelf... I get sooooooo frustrated when I see it bounce back up, it sets me up for failure. I figure "I gained two pounds, and did nothing wrong! I might as well give up and have a treat...."
