i remember back in h.s. during christmas break..i slowly took food out of my diet and did 3week fast w/ water. It was weird..i didn't want to eat food after the first week. I didn't think it was possible. But when i tried to eat again...it was hard. But a 3day fast sounds like it would be good. I want to try that bath idea though
