My father-in-law is really excited with my dicussions about this LC WOL and the weight I've lost and he would like to get started. He had triple bypass a few years ago so he's going to see his doc for advice. I'm so afraid of what his doc will say. I was hoping to give him some advice from real-life experiences...anyone? (which will help him get a 2nd opinion if he doc says "No way".)
