i don't think he really doubts it will work, i think it's more like he has the attitude of "oh, another fad diet...when will you people learn? just eat healthy!"

ok, DUH! i AM eating healthy! i eat more veggies now than i ever have, plus i have cut out my sugars and all of that processed stuff!

***sigh*** just wait, i'll show him! (i really do LOVE my brother, but sometimes he thinks he knows everything! LOL) i guess that is typical of big brothers...
