I cant understand it!!
I was going great guns with this diet 14lbs I lost 14lbs in less than 2 weeks I was so happy!! (that was on sunday)
Monday I weighed myself 2lbs on WHY????. I can figure it out!!
I did nothing different apart from have a tiny bit of chopped onion with my lettuce not even a handfull!!
I weighed mysef today and I have lost a 1lb off it, and I am determained to get it back off, with a few extra!!!
But cant figure out what I did wrong, now Im scared to eat onions!!
am I doomed never to eat them again?????????????
