DebPenny is right. PLEASE eat your PLAIN (NO SUGAR) yogurt EVERY day and ESPECIALLY every day for AT LEAST a week when you're done with the antibiotics. I even took a super high quality (Jarrow) probiotic last time I took antibiotics (which was the first time in probably a decade) to make sure my "good bacteria" stayed in tact.
You don't want an overgrowth of candida (see candida forum if you're unfamiliar with this). It will drastically increase cravings for sugar, alcohol, and all the stuff that will make you feel like junk. I'm afraid I may be deaing with this myself right now.
