If you haven't been exercising in the past, this is normal. You body will adjust and once your muscles are prepared, you will begin to lose weight. Just take your time.
Relax, follow the plan, and the weight will come off.
All of our bodies are different and will react different to this way of life, just let your body it at its own pace.
