Some people just can't handle the sugar alcohols in the candies - you might be one of them. Others can't handle the diet soda. (I've been peeking in your journal, LOL). Everything Yvonne said above is true, 10 % is about the standard 2 week loss. Another thing is where you might be in your cycle - it is not unusual to hold on to water before your TOM. Hang in there!
