Well, I'll just say that when you use Atkin's mix, one thing I learned is that it pretty much tastes like dog food. OUCH!! My Youkshire pudding turned out to be sponge bob bread. So, I doused it with some splenda and cinnamon. Then, I still had the tin flavor. however, tin taste goes away if it is used as a breading for fried chicken. Heck, I do not know why this tin taste comes into play, anyway. yes, Ketosis, and all that . . . BTW I do prefer kibbles and bits.
