Today is day 4 of my favorite WOL. I am so glad I found this website! I am a stay at home mom. Brittney 6, and Lil' Jas 11 weeks are my babies. And Jason is my wonderful hubby. I was on this WOE before I got pregnant with Lil' Jas and I had lost over 30 lbs. I am so looking forward to doing this again. I will be on this WOL forever! And I am very happy about it. So any advice is welcome. I have over 100 lbs to lose.
