In an Italian restaurant, order something of meat, fish or seafood or chicken and ask for extra vegetables instead of pasta or potatoes. No problem in most restaurants. Or ask for a salad on the side. Skip the bread.
Eat what you want to for breakfast and if someone asks, just say you are watching the sugars and starches.
