Thats a real show of progress-a terrific change.You should be sparked.
I'm pretty sure there is something like muscle under there cuz something hurts when I move something heavy.
When I started Curves I couldn't do crunches-I just lay there thinking about lifting myself. "Zen" crunches. Now I can do several sets after a workout and stretches.
