Yep, I'm hypo - been that way for almost two years. On synthoroid .125, expecting that to be raised in two months.

No side affects that I can see or find. In fact, my thyroid had dropped dramatically in the past six months, so doc 2X my dosage. Mine is going out very quickly. (Did you doc test for Hashimoto's? That's the term given to we folks that basically have thyroid going completely out - named after the doc who made the discovery. There's a specific test for it. The condition is heriditary.) Let me know if you need more details about that.

Anyway, I have seen nothing but benefit so far. Is it combo of LC eating and increase in medication? Who knows... but I'll take it!

Also, don't take soy if you're hypothoroid.
