Sounds like a good recipe. I'm new (5 weeks) to this scene, and not familiar with many of the products -- I'm allergic to almonds -- can anyone recommend another type of low-carb flour to substitute? Thanks for posting the recipe! (btw, how many carbs per recipe or per serving?)
