Don't do it... just think about how physically yucky you'll feel afterwards... and how PO'd you'll be at yourself for giving in to temptation.

It's not easy, I know first-hand. I was out of town for two days this week and had to eat out. GEEZ!! Lucky for me, I was able to convince the wait staff to "alter" my meals. I'm still not entirely sure that some sort of sugar wasn't lurking somewhere. . .
