The old saying, "You can do anything you set your mind to" really is true. If you believe it, you can do it. Treat yourself like you are your friend (I know it sounds silly, but a lot of women don't do it). We are too harsh on ourselves. "You can't do this....you're too lazy....". You wouldn't say that to your best friend.....so keep the negative thoughts out and grab a bucket of KFC.
