I was just bitchen (pardon my French ) that I put on between 3 to 5 pounds and can't figure out why. We (the whole family) just started going to the Y three weeks ago. Even though I know this is the reason it is still a hard pill to swallow. Now at least I only have 1 and 1/2 pounds to get back to where I was. And yes the tape measure did move down 1/2 inch everywhere. But that didn't make the scale moving up any easier! Well maybe it did
