Thanks OG, that is good info for people who are starting an exercise program and are frustrated with results.
Problem is, for people like me, I started a good program two months before I re-started Atkins and now my weight loss has slowed tremendously (haven't lost any pounds in a few weeks). BUT, I am shrinking in inches so just take the scale with a grain of salt.
I am the type of person who needs to work out A LOT, so I have gone and re-joined my old gym, while keeping my Curves membership, too. Hopefully when I throw some heavy-duty kickboxing classes into the mix with some Ab-labs I will break down my body's will to hold out on me!
HMMM, maybe I will even start teaching kickboxing again. I was too embarrassed to teach anymore after I gained almost 40 pounds last year.
