Hiya- here's something I've found that helps with the fiber- Cheeters low carb crackers, 5 g fiber per serving, 1 net carb, for 3 large crackers! They taste good too, especially the rye and sesame flavors. You can get them at Netrition.com. Expensive, but I feel getting more fiber is that important. I also take psyillium capsules and a magnesium supplement. Even cutting down to 15 carbs and 1500 calories (which I had to do to break my stall, went 2 weeks on induction bouncing up and down but never losing) I'm still pretty "regular."
