Default breakfast and bone health questions

Hi all:
I just started Atkins a week ago...what are considered good low carb breakfast choices, other than "eggs" and "salmon rollups" mentioned in the book? I am already getting bored with those. Also, I have read in two places now that a high protein diet causes osteoporosis in women especially but I have heard of one man who got it as well. I do supplement with calcium every day. Anyone know about this? Finally, i have never in my life eaten eggs every day. I am trusting that what the book says is true but have a hard time believeing that this will lower my cholesterol! I never used to eat meat more than about twice a week (fish or chicken) now I am eating meat every day, including beef! Its a little mind blowing...
