Sadly, you'll have to wait it out. It's not ketosis that causes the fatigue and ickyness, it's sugar withdrawal. You might not even be in ketosis yet - it can take anywhere from 1-4 days. I happen to be in ketosis right now and I feel like a million bucks. It'll happen!
Did you give up coffee and caffeine cold turkey? If so, that can cause a killer headache. You can wean yourself off slowly so that you'll feel better: mix decaf in slowly with the regular stuff, or have some caffeinated diet soda.
