When I lost 40 lbs and people started to notice. Several people asked if it was okay to talk about it. I was very proud of my accomplishment and had no problem discussing it. Others said they had notice but was afraid I would be angry if they mentioned it. So take heart I am sure several people noticed but didn't know how to approach the subject.
