Why not ditch the scales for the next 3 weeks, stick to induction and see how things go, having your sugar levels under control is even better than losing weight, but I understand your frustration about the pounds not dropping off.
So my advice, stick to it, boost your exercise and guzzle that water down for three weeks and GOOD LUCK
