Hey Gayle. I too love kitties - have two beautiful gray ones. Anyway, you are not alone here. We all have those moments but just stop by here and you'll get some inspiration. I have my physical tomorrow and am hoping that low-carbing has brought down my cholesterol. I've only been doing this for 10 weeks but have lost inches as well as pounds.
