good thread..
I'll be completing 1yr of Low-carbing soon. I use low-carb fibre
tortila occasionally... I like to eat "REAL FOOD" (from S P) & stay out of processed/canned/cooked food...
few thoughts here..
1. I find LC lifestyle is very easy to maintain.
2. I eat more vegs and low GI fruits than I ate before LCing.
Many times I find myself looking for good sources of carb
(80gm per day)..and I take it from carrot,beet, legumes,lentils..
