All I have to say is that I have lost 50+ lbs. and I eat veggies for lunch and dinner(sometimes add a salad to breakfast if I feel like it). I sometimes eat a small apple when I don't have some berries. I also eat cantalope. Check out the Atkins' website to see what they have to say about vegetables,
