Doreen, I quite disagree with your summary. The article clearly sited more points than the observations of "a dermatologist ..."

Now we all hear the 2 litres/day advice, and some say "a must", but we as low-carbers know better than to follow advice blindly without hard facts. It might be true, but it's a good to know why, and based on what.

What made sense to me in the article is the body signals for thirst. This is just my opinion that we evolved eating when hungrry (mostly protein and fat), and drinking when thirsty (mostly water).
