Kathy, what is Ross's? I've never heard of that? Did it stall you like Atkins does? Just wondering - chocolate is my big downfall and I haven't had real chocolate in 2 months but I have had Atkins and I think it is doing to me the same the real choc would so I am not having any more if I have another craving for it I will just have the real thing.
