Any meat cooked Masala. Make sure to tell them "no naan, no rice" so you won't be tempted. And panang curries are usually good since they use coconut milk and chicken broth as a base for the sauce. A friend of mine told me too it has total carb 13.5 g and 2.5 g fiber.
