I got this recipe off this site.. can't remember the thread. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks pretty good.

2 eggs
1/4 SF soy milk
2T ground flax (can use more if desired!)
1t vanilla
1t cinnamon
1t splenda

Mix together and fry in butter!
