If you have ever heard of Tumbleweed, it is a restaurant that serves up a mean, lean Buffalo steak. It is so thick, and since I like mine Medium, very juicy. I have heard that Buffalo is actually better for you than beef. Tastes pretty darn good, so I'm not going to argue.
If there is a Tumbleweed in your area, and you've never been there, try it. They have the most AWESOME white chili I have ever tasted in my life, but hey, no beans, so that's out for me. I'll take the steak!
