The fact is that most mainstream companies are more concerned about their bottom line than about consumers' health. Don't think that they've found about trans fat recently and decided on their own to change. This is not the case. They have lobbied like mad to NOT have to change. Studies have shown the dangers of trans fat for DECADES. Yes, DECADES.
