If you are feeling nauseous, sounds as if you are leaving it too long before you eat. You should eat something, even if only as snack at least every 3 to 4 hours. If you don't want much try 30 g of nuts - Brazil, almonds, macademia. They have a high fat content and will be satisfying. I can't say I've ever had your experience. Take care.
