AND ONE MORE THING...

Non-farm raised salmon: the mercury content is reaching alarming levels (from them eating all the smaller fish in the food chain). Do y'all know if this is true of farm raised? Be careful with fish oil - read that it's best to get the ones filtered and purified so that they have zero cholesterol, since that is where the nastiness is found.

Also, what is with Stonyfield Yogurt using sugar??? Not cool!
