just feel sorry for uneducated people they don't know what they are talking about, I went over to my boyfriends grandparents to eat dinner and every thing they had was high in carbs so the only thing i ate was some meat and my boyfriends grandpa was like this diet can't be good for you if you can't eat potatos and corn you have to eat your vegetables, I was like I'll be fine thanks.
