Some products subtract the fiber from the total carb count already, especially in UK apperently. So instead of being able to take the total amount of carbs - fiber for net carbs, you have to go by the total carbs. Splenda in liquid form and on it's own has no carbs. The powder would be too fine and small for practical use, so they add other things to the packets and powder to make it a certain volume (fillers). Atm liquid splenda isn't available to the general public. There is a petition to sign asking the company to sell liquid form to the public.
