I have recently learned about this carb diet and was wondering if it is good for children my son is 14 and has been gaining weight for the last couple of years and now weighs 150 an increase of 15 pounds in a year.
our doctor told us that we should try a low fat diet but it hasn't been working and would really like to try this diet. Thank You in advance for any replies.
