I just cleaned out the entire fridge and went grocery shopping. My house is carb-proof now. I bought straws to help me drink more water. I'm horrible about not drinking enough water and if I use a straw I drink faster and manage to drink more. I'm strange I guess?


I also bought my scale. It tells you your weight and measures your BF %. I'm going to see what my first day did if anything.
