PS. I coralled my hubbie into eating this way with me as he has gone from marathon runner to someone overweight like me. It helps soo much when your eating out a resturant and the person with you is eating the same style.
Remeber IN and OUT does great low card burgers with lectucce instead of bread. Just order it protein style
