I love the dressing at Olive Garden but I know it probably has some sugar init.
I was searching the net to see if I could find a good alternative and found a website that posts recipes for different dishes at Olive Garden-
Here is the recipe for the dressing there....

8oz bottle of Paul Newman's Oil and Vinegar dressing----1 g (2 Tbls)
1 clove garlic chopped finely---1 g
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbls Splenda--1.6 g

Add all ingredients to the bottle of dressing and shake well. Refrigerate for 24 hrs before using.


I thought it was pretty good.
