And don't think you have to give up Starbuck's forever. The jury is out on the effects of caffeine - some drinkers experience stalls, others do not. I would recommend staying off the coffee for induction, after that you will have to see if it affects your loss or not.
Check out the recipe thread - there are lots of quick and easy things to make. I find it helpful to make things like deep dish pizza quiche, and I can eat it all week - hot or cold. (and very good!)
