I picked mine out of thin air. I'm 5'8" and when I graduated H.S. at 188 lbs I was a size 16. I figure 33 pounds less than that would put me at a 12 which may or may not be too small for me. When I was about 174 a few years ago, if I sucked in hard, my ribs would start to show.

The thing is, everyone is different-you can't just go by height, there's muscle mass (which lowcarbing tends to build) and bone structure to take into consideration. 2 people can be the same height and have the same measurements and have vastly different weights.

I guess the statement "I weigh 155 pounds" is an incomplete sentence? The question is, 155 pounds OF WHAT?
