Did LBWO this morning, although I'm a bit sore from yesterdays run, so I don't think I gave it %100 but I was sweating for sure.

My crunches were a pain to do because my baby got up and insists on laying on me when I'm on the floor and cries if she can't---ahhh well, what can you do.

Goals
Next time I will add some deadlifts in there.
