I didn't start drinking Fruit 2 O until I was 2 1/2 weeks into a so far 4 1/2 week "bounce". I have been gaining/losing the same 2 - 4 lbs since the end of week 2! I have notice no difference since I added Fruit 2 O, I'm still "bouncing".
But individuals vary, and what may or may not effect me might be different for you!
I know that some will say you should definately avoid it, but I take the stance that if it doesn't "stall" existing on-going weight loss, then you should be allowed to drink/eat it in moderation of course.
I drink 2 - 4 per day (depending on the day). Just remember to add the carbs for the Splenda.
